John 13:35– By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Dear Friends,
I pray that this does find all of you doing well. Sissie and I have so many friends with serious physical problems/sicknesses and I am sure that most of you that read this do also. We just all need to continue to lift each other up in prayer and to pray that we will be available to the Lord using us to minister to others as He sees fit. We have found that we may be giving out food locally, then an hour later be trying to help meet needs in another country. I often think of the quote, “God is more interested in our availability than our ability!” Isn’t that so true?
Recently the Lord provided a truck and driver for another load to Oklahoma and we are so thankful for that. The Lord willing, we plan to send another, larger, load sometimes in October, and He has already provided a driver and truck for that trip. He is always faithful!
My real reason for this letter is to ask you to pray, again, for the Malawi load. I am attaching the letter I recently received from our shipping agent. We would normally offload the container in Beira, Mozambique. However, as you can read, due to pilferage there, we are having to offload in Tanzania, which means much more overland travel, which translates to almost $2000 more so we still need about $1500 to cover all the expenses. Would really appreciate your continued prayers in all of this. And, as you pray, please be praying that as the contents of this container are distributed, the love of Jesus will be manifested through it all.
Just another note of God’s faithfulness—On Monday mornings, a friend of ours makes the pick ups for us at several restaurants/fast foods. She just texted us and told us she has a very large load today. Well, just a few days ago, Sissie emptied some freezers to give food to local church for their “Blessing Box”. Now, God is refilling those freezers! Just wanted to share that with you.
Thank you so much for your continued prayers and support. I do pray His continued blessings on all of you.
In His Service,
Johnny
