Fairhaven Update July-8-2020

Psalms 20:7– Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. Philippians 4:13– I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Dear Friends, It is our prayer that this letter finds all of you well. We are all well and we do praise the Lord for that, as well as the privilege to continue serving Him and serving others. Things are busy as ever around here—giving away everything from food (the Lord supplied 12,000 lbs of boneless chicken breasts in the past 9 days which has been distributed locally) to hospital beds and power...

Fairhaven Update-January-11-2020

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. —Psalm 46:1–3 Dear Friends, As I was reading news articles from all over the world this morning, I was thinking of how wonderful it is know that our Lord is complete control of every situation, whether it is in our life as individuals, in our home, community, city, state, country, or halfway around the world. It is good to frequently remind ourselves...

Fairhaven Update October 15, 2019

Dear Friends, It is my prayer that this finds all of you well. We are all fine, and the Lord continues to keep us very busy. First, a note to those in our local community regarding the need for help with loading a container on the morning of Saturday, October 26th. We are helping a family who is moving to Togo, Africa where they will be doing full time mission work. They are using our building as a staging area from which to load the container. It will be a 40’ high cube, as normal, and we would appreciate your help if you can be available. As usual, we will have breakfast at 7:30 and start...
